Pengaruh Konflik Kerja dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (Kisel) Cluster Serdang Oleh
Abstract
In an organization, a main guideline for companies in achieving the goals set is the response from human resources. The statement requires a workforce capable of managing the company's activities. Conflict is a discrepancy between various parties within an organization or between members within an organization. The performance of employees in a company will have a big influence on the company. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict and individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (KISEL) Cluster Serdang. The population in this study were employees of the admin division and sales division of PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (KISEL) Cluster Serdang has a total of 75 people. The number of samples in this study were 75 people with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work conflict and individual characteristics have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (KISEL) Cluster Serdang. The results of the research partially show that work conflict have a negative and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (KISEL) Cluster Serdang and individual characteristics partially have a positive effect and become the most dominant variable on employee performance of PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Selular (KISEL) Cluster Serdang.
