| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research is to discover the quality evaluation results of
UMSU (Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara) Library web using WebQual
4.0. Descriptive-quantitative research method is employed and a sample size of I00 respondents are used as the sample, selected by applying accidental sampling technique. The data are collected through online questionnaires and library study. The research findings demonstrate that the usability quality aspect of UMSU Library web falls into good quality category with score 78.9%, the information quality of UMSU Library web is categorized into good qualification with score 78.3%, and the service interaction quality of UMSU Library web is classified good with score 76.4%. Overall evaluation of UMSU Library web is categorized into good quality. | en_US |
