Analisis Tindak Tutur Ilokusi pada Caption Akun Instagram @Jokowi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the kinds and functions of illocutionary speech acts on @jokowi instagram account captions. Searle's illocutionary classification theory were used to analyze the data. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected using the listening method, then using the Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SBLC) technique as a follow-up technique. To analyze the data, this study used the equivalent method with the observation and note taking technique. The results of this study was presented informally. The results of this study indicate that the illocutionary speech acts in the caption of the @jokowi Instagram account very widely. They are assertive illocutionary includes the functions of informating as many as 3 utterances. The directive illocutionary includes the function of asking and recommending are 7 utterances. The expressive illocutionary includes the functions of praising, expressing pleasure, saying thank you are 5 utterances. The commissive illocutionary includes the function of promising are 2 utterances and the declarative illocutionary includes the function of revoking the prohibition, appointing and prohibiting are 3 utterances.
