Proses Pengajuan Pelaksanaan Teknis pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The Ministry of Law and Human Rights is an Indonesian government agency responsible for law, human rights, and population services. UPT plays an important role in development, because of its very strategic role, UPT often has freedom in decision making related to the implementation of programs and activities. UPT's important role in development is divided into three, namely Rutan, Lapas, and Rupbasan. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research method, which is intended to understand in depth how the Technical Implementation Submission at the UPT Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra. The process of submitting technical implementation at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights involves several steps including identification of needs, planning activities, preparing proposals, internal approval, coordination with related parties, external approval, implementing activities, and monitoring and evaluation. The researcher concluded that there are several stages carried out in the submission of technical implementation at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in North Sumatra, namely: identification of needs, activity planning, preparation of proposals, internal approval, coordination with related parties, external approval, implementation of activities, and monitoring and evaluation.
