Pengaruh Keterlibatan Pemakai, Kemampuan teknik personal, dan Dukungan Manajemen Puncak Terhadap Kinerja Sistem Informasi Akuntansi pada Bank BRI Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of user involvement, personal technical ability and top management support on the performance of accounting information systems at Bank BRI Branch Iskandar Muda Medan. This research is a type of descriptive research and uses a causal research design (cause and effect). This research was conducted at Bank BRI Branch Iskandar Muda Medan. The sample in this study were 84 employees of Bank BRI Branch Iskandar Muda Medan. Data analysis technique in this study was carried out with the help of SPSS software and the type of data used is primary data. The results of this study indicate that partially there are three independent variables that have a significant effect on the performance of accounting information system, namely user involvement, personal technical ability and top management support. Meanwhile, simultaneously, all independent variables affect the dependent variable, namely performance of accounting information system.
