Analisa Percepatan Proyek dengan Menggunakan Metode Crashing (Studi Kasus: Proyek Pembangunan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit)
Abstract
A construction project is an activity or work that is only carried out temporarily and generally has a short period of time. In the process of working on the project, many parties are involved both directly and indirectly. Working relationships and functional relationships involve all parties involved. In the implementation of construction projects various things can occur that can cause an increase in implementation time so that project completion becomes slower than the planning target. Delays in project work can be anticipated by accelerating its implementation, but must still pay attention to cost and quality factors. Crashing is a method to shorten the length of project time by analyzing alternatives in the work network with the aim of optimizing work time at minimal cost. The application of the crashing method to the PT Karya Agung Megah Utama Palm Oil Mill Construction project, Lubuk Basung, West Sumatra aims to determine the optimum duration obtained with the alternative of adding working hours (overtime) or adding labor to anticipate delays that occur in the project. The work that will be crashed is the activity found on the critical path, then the slope calculation will be carried out, then the work activity analysis is carried out using the crashing method. From this crashing analysis, the results are obtained, namely the addition of labor obtained a total labor wage of Rp. 24,460,586.09 and a total project work duration of 17 working days, 15% faster than the normal duration. While in the addition of overtime working hours the total wage obtained is Rp. 42,926,917.63 and the total duration of project work becomes 14 working days, 30% faster than the normal duration.
