Pengaturan PID (Proportional, Integral and Derivative) terhadap Suhu Hotend pada Mesin 3D Printer Anet ET4 Plus Menggunakan Material PLA+
Abstract
3D printing technology is one of the additive manufacturing processes that is starting to be widely used in Indonesia today. This technology's ability to create various forms of design into three-dimensional visuals makes it one of the most popular technologies in the world of engineering. Hotend temperature stability on 3D printing will impact on the quality of the print. Good temperature control will result in better print quality compared to before. This research aims to condition the temperature on the hotend of the ANET ET4 Plus 3D printer using PID (Proportional, Integral, and Derivative) control. It utilizes PLA+ filament, which has slightly better strength than the standard PLA filament commonly used. The MKS Gen-L v2.1 is used to enable the implementation of PID control on the 3D printer, which will be compared to the performance of the printer without PID control. The method employed is ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) using Univariate One Way Analysis of Variance.
