Pra Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Cocoa Powder Berbahan Baku Kakao (Theobroma cacao L.) dengan Kapasitas 33.600 Ton/Tahun dan Tugas Khusus Rancangan Keteknikan Tangki Evaporator

Abstract

Production of cocoa powder made from cocoa beans (Theobroma Cacao L.) using conventional methods. The cocoa powder factory is planned to produce with a production capacity of 33.600 tons/year using fermented dry cocoa beans as raw material as much as 46.102 kg/hour or as much as 403.853,52 tons/year. This factory is expected to meet the demand for cocoa powder in Indonesia and abroad. The planned form of business entity is a Limited Liability Company (PT). The planned organizational form is a line and staff organizational form with the required workforce of 118 people. The results of the economic analysis of making cocoa powder from cocoa beans (Theobroma Cacao L.) obtained are as follows:  Total Investment Capital : Rp 4.800.025.533.134,00  Total Production Cost : Rp 4.416.874.029.965,00  Sales Results : Rp 4.049.023.309.490,00  Net Profit : Rp 662.554.469.840,00  Profit Margin (PM) : 17,48%  Break Even Point (BEP) : 21,79%  Return On Investment (ROI) : 13,80%  Pay Out Time (POT) : 7 tahun 2 bulan  Internal Rate of Return (IRR) : 14,01% Based on the results of the analysis of economic aspects, it can be concluded that the factory for manufacturing cocoa powder from cocoa beans (Theobroma Cacao L.) is feasible to establish.
