dc.description.abstract | Human Resources (HR) have an important role in every activity of the company, even though it is supported by facilities and infrastructure and sources of funds, but if there is no support from reliable human resources, the company will not be able to run well. In a company, human resources that deserve attention is employee performance. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his work in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Performance related problems can arise in a company including PT. Pancakarsa Bangun Reksa. Problems with the performance of employees of PT. Pancakarsa Bangun Reksa is work discipline and work ability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect analysis of work discipline and work ability on The PT Pancakarsa Bangun Reksa’ employees performance. The data collection method was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression and using SPSS software. The results showed that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline and work ability have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. | en_US |
