Non-communicable diseases are the cause of 70% of deaths in the world. Based on the results of the 2018 Riset Dasar Kesehatan, the prevalence of NCDs has increased in Indonesia, namely high blood pressure increased from 25.8 percent to 34.1, obesity increased from 14.8 percent to 21.8 percent. The number of deaths caused by PTM in Indonesia in 2018 was 73%. The Integrated Development Post is a means for early detection of PTM risk factors. Posbindu PTM is a form of service that involves community participation through promotive-preventive efforts to detect and control early the presence of PTM risk factors in an integrated manner. Based on data from the Labuhanbatu District Health Office for 2020, the distribution of PTM Posbindu for the Labuhanbatu Regency area is 69 Posbindu spread across 16 working areas of the public health center. Rantauprapat City is the health center with the highest number of Posbindu namely 7 Posbindu. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the use of integrated non-communicable disease development posts (Posbindu PTM) in the working area of the Rantauprapat City Health Center. This research is a quantitative analytic survey study with a cross sectional design. The sample used was 127 people with the sampling technique using Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Statistical test results using chi-square analysis found that there was a relationship between ethnicity (p=0.001), occupation (p=0.003), medical history (p=0.002), knowledge (p=0.001), attitude (p=0.001), support facilities (p=0.045) and family support (p=0.028) with the utilization of Posbindu PTM, while there was no relationship between age (p=0.0645), gender (p=0.111), marital status (p=0.600) and level education (p=0.114) with the utilization of Posbindu PTM. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between ethnicity, occupation, medical history, knowledge, attitudes, facility support and family support with the utilization of Posbindu PTM and there is no relationship between age, gender, marital status, and level of education with the use of Posbindu PTM
