Abstract
Bioethanol is a bioefuel from lignocellulosic biomass fermentation with microbes or bacteria. Indonesia the need for fuel oil is very high so that still importing and depletion of the availability of petroleum. To overcome this, its necessary to establishe a bioethanol from bagasse for demand of fuel oil inIndonesia.
This factory is designed with a production capacity of 42.00 tons/year and operates for 330 days a year. The business entity form of this factory is planned as a Limited Liability Company (PT) and a workforce of 231 people.
The results of the pre-designed economic analysis of the factory for making bioethanol from bagasse are as follows:

Total Production Cost = Rp. 681.729.241.260,-
Sales Proceeds = Rp. 1.109.272.206.240,-
Net Profit = Rp. 280.878.270.957.-
Profit Margin = 36,23%

Pay Out Time = 3 tahun 8 bulan
Return on Network = 44,43 %
Internal Rate of Return = 30,98 %
