The use of polymer insulators in an electric power system is experiencing developments to date. The addition of mixed ingredients derived from nanoparticles such as titanium dioxide which contains silicon dioxide for improve the dielectric and mechanical materials. In this research made 13 samples of polymer insulator material mixture on the resistivity and dielectric strength of the insulating material. From the research results, the highest resistivity value occurs at the surface resistivity of 5,785 x 1011 Ω at test sample S13 and the smallest at volume resistivity of 0,191 x 1011 Ωm at test sample S1. The largest dielectric strength value is 137,2 kV/ mm in the sample test S13, while the smallest is 81,80 Kv/mm on the test sample S1.en_US
