Kinerja Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa di Desa Suka Raya Kecamatan Pancur Batu Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe how the community views Village Financial Management and what the performance of Village financial management is in Suka Raya Village, Pancur Batu District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research is important to carry out, to add material to the village government's evaluation regarding village financial management so that in the future it will have performance that is responsive, responsible and accountable. This research is also important to be carried out to increase the community's knowledge and understanding regarding village financial management. This research uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation, documentation, literature and secondary data. Research informants came from the Village Government, Village Consultative Body (BPD), and Community Figures. The results of this research are as follows: First, the responsiveness of the performance of the Suka Raya Village government is still lacking because the village government is less responsive in dealing with problems in the community, such as complaints from the community which try to become misunderstandings. Second, Village Government Responsibility has carried out activities in implementing the program in accordance with correct administrative principles or in accordance with organizational policies. The Suka Raya Village Government has also based on community aspirations which have been collected through the Village Consultative Body (BPD) and community leaders in village meetings. However, there are obstacles in the field that cannot accommodate all the wishes of the community. But in terms of managing village finances, no problems occurred, everything went well. Third, Accountability The village government is not yet fully responsible for what has been done because there are still complaints from the community. This means that in this case the community is not satisfied with the program services provided or realized by the village government.
