Strategi Politik Pemenangan Khairul Kiyedi Pasaribu pada Pemilihan Umum Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah Tahun 2019

Abstract

The title of this thesis is Winning Political Strategy Khairul Kiyedi Pasaribu in the General Election of DPRD Members Central Tapanuli Regency in 2019. The purpose of this thesis is to describe how this strategy is carried out by a candidate and a legislative candidate to win and get a parliamentary seat. The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by Khairul Kiyedi Pasaribu had a major impact on obtaining votes in the 2019 general election. Khairul Kiyedi Pasaribu's victory used a political strategy, namely political marketing, which showed and formed a good image in the eyes of the public, then political communication that helped build relationships both between him and the community, the campaign as an important component is his backbone to convey his political messages, and segmentation and positioning which serves to distinguish which segment he wants to enter and how Khairul Kiyedi Pasaribu positions himself in the midst of a society that has differences between one with another. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data obtained in this study were obtained through interviews, literature and documentation. Analytical techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
