Pra Rancangan Pabrik Pembuatan Minyak Goreng Sawit (OLEIN) dari Crude Palm Oil (CPO) dengan Kapasitas Produksi 12.000 Ton/Tahun dan Tugas Khusus Rancangan Keteknikan Detail Tangki Bleaching

Abstract

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) is the main product from palm oil plantations which is experiencing significant production growth and is an export commodity that has the potential to become a leading export. CPO is the main raw material for making palm cooking oil. Palm cooking oil (olein) has various advantages compared to other vegetable oils. The increasing production of CPO must be accompanied by the production of its derivatives, one of which is palm cooking oil (Olein), so it is necessary to increase the production of palm cooking oil in Indonesia. The palm cooking oil factory is planned to produce with a capacity of 12,000 tons/year with operations for 330 days a year. The number of employees required is 143 people with the form of business entity taken being a Limited Liability Company (PT) with a line and staff organizational structure. The factory location is planned to be established in Serbajadi District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra Province with an area of 13,741 m2. The results of the pre-design economic analysis of the factory for making palm cooking oil from CPO raw materials are: • investment capital : Rp. 214.140.346.602 • production costs per year : Rp. 261.419.738.053 • Product Selling Price per Year : Rp. 269.189.997.308 • Net Profit per Year : Rp. 50.062.299.297 • Profit Margin : 22,34 % • Break Event Point : 38,33 % • Return on Invesment : 23,378 % • Pay Out Time : 4,277 Year • Return on Network : 38,96 % • Internal Rate of Return : 27,094 % From the results of the economic analysis, it can be concluded that the pre-designed factory for making palm cooking oil from palm frond raw materials with a capacity of 12,000 tonnes/year is feasible to be established.
