The pre-designed Cocoa Butter Plant is planned to operate with a production capacity of 41,600 tons / year with 300 working days a year. The number of cocoa beans needed to reach the annual product capacity reaches 10,930 kg / hour.
The specific task completed was the detailed engineering design of a mixer with a volume of 6,385 m3, a height of 3,591m, and no nozzle. This cocoa butter manufacturing factory is planned to be built in Tanggamus, Lampung with an area of 12,881 m2. Water needs supplied from the limestone river are 356,373.6 kg / hour. The planned company form is a limited liability company (PT) and a total of 150 employees.
The results of the analysis of economic aspects obtained are as follows:
Total Investment Capital = Rp. 1.316.204.374.000,-
Total Production Cost = Rp. 3.673.179.443.000 ,- (per year) Sales Results = Rp. 4.576.001.760.000,- (per year)
Net Profit = Rp. 857.681.201.400,-
Profit Margin = 18,74 %
Break Event Point = 34,1%
Return on Invesment = 21,36%
Pay Out Time = 4 year 9 month
Return on Network = 46,45 %
Internal Rate of Return = 27,56 %
Based on the results of the analysis of economic aspects, it can be concluded that the cocoa butter manufacturing factory from cocoa beans is feasible to be established.
