dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Locus of Control, Organizational Commitment, Professionalism, Emotional Intelligence and Audit Structure on Auditor Performance at the Dumai City Inspectorate. This type of research is causal associative research and the data used are primary data. The population is auditors and functional P2UPD officials who serve at the Dumai City Inspectorate who have had a working period of more than 2 years totaling 35 people. The research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 35 auditors. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of Professionalism and Audit Structure have a positive effect on Auditor Performance while the Locus of Control, Organizational Commitment and Emotional Intelligence variables have no effect on Auditor Performance at the Dumai City Inspectorate Office.en_US
