dc.description.abstractPre-designed stearamide manufacturing from stearic acid is planned to produce with a capacity of 7,800 tons/year and operate for 330 days a year. The planned factory location is on Jl. Lintas Sumatera-Galang, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, 20585, with a required land area of 15,634 m2. The workforce required to operate the factory is 100 people. The planned business entity form is a Limited Liability Company (PT) and the organizational form is a line and staff system organization. The results of the analysis economic aspects of the stearamide factory, are: Investment Capital : Rp 239.775.021.773,- Production Cost per year : Rp 117.987.011.141,- Sales Revenue per year : Rp 208.000.000.000,- Net Profit per year : Rp 59.913.637.590,- Profit Margins : 41,110% Break Event Point : 49,500% Return of Investment : 24,980% Pay Out Time : 4 years Return on Network : 41,640% Internal Rate of Return : 22,50% The results of the economic aspects analysis, it can be concluded that the factory for making stearamide from stearic acid is feasible to be established.en_US
