Analisis Keandalan Listrik Jaringan Distribusi di 6 Feeder PT.PLN ULP Gunungsitoli

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Gunungsitoli is responsible for ensuring reliable and continuous electricity supply to customers in the Nias region. Frequent power disruptions and outages in the form of system equipment operation failures and natural disasters, especially on 6 feeders at ULP Gunungsitoli create negative impacts on community activities, businesses and public services. In reducing this impact, it is necessary to optimize the system by using studies in the form of analysis with the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method which is a form of approach aimed at identifying failure modes, causes of failure and the impact of failure. Then optimization of the installation of the sectionalizer was carried out with the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm method. The reliability value of each feeder obtained on the distribution network of PT. PLN ULP Gunungsitoli repeaters with the lowest level of reliability are feeders GMW.02 SAIFI= 0.6857 and SAIDI= 26.529, feeders with high reliability are feeders GST.02 SAIFI= 0.3209 and SAIDI= 9.3942. After optimizing the sectionalizer on a repeater with a low level of reliability, an increase in reliability was obtained, namely: GMW.02, SAIFI = 0.2966 (56.7%), SAIDI = 16.281 (38.6%), feeder GN.04 SAIFI = 0.121 (78.9%) SAIDI= 15.33 (30.4%), feeder GMW.07 SAIFI= 0.306 (28.1%) and SAIDI= 15.144 (34%). The level of reliability of the distribution network in the three feeders of PT. PLN ULP Gunungsitoli meets SPLN.
