dc.description.abstract | PT. PLN UP3 Rengat Kota is responsible for maintaining a stable and efficient supply of electricity in Rengat Kota, Riau. They use work success indicators such as Energy Not Supplied (ENS), System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI), and System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI) to improve the reliability of the electricity supply system. In this case, the author wants to increase the value of network reliability in the City Rengat Distribution Network System through the relocation or rearrangement of the Load Break Switch. Making decisions regarding the placement of the Load Break Switch (LBS) uses a clear and tested method. Therefore, this research uses the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) method as an optimization in decision making to determine the most optimal position in the placement of the Load Break Switch (LBS). Then, network reliability can be improved by relocating the Load Break Switch (LBS) to Bus 95, Bus 106, and Bus 161 positions which were previously at Bus 56, Bus 155, and Bus 115 positions. This relocation is proven to be able to reduce the value of the ENS which was originally of
580.245 KWh per year to 545.813 KWh per year with a decrease of 34.432 KWh per year, SAIDI which was originally worth 163.0985 hours/customer/year to 162.1894 hours/customer/year with a decrease of 0.9091 hours/ customers, and SAIFI which was originally worth 7.2209 to 6.9878 with a decrease of 0.2331 times/customer. | en_US |
