Optimasi Penempatan Recloser dan Sectionalizer pada Jaringan Distribusi 20 KV di Penyulang RA 02 Rantauprapat dengan Menggunakan Metode Virus Evolutionary Genetic Algorithm (VEGA)
Abstract
The electric power distribution system is the electric power system closest to the customer. The distribution system is also the part of the electric power system that experiences disruptions more often than other parts of the electric power system. These two things cause customers who are directly connected to the distribution system to feel the impact of disruptions that often occur in the distribution system. At PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Rantauprapat has placed a recloser and sectionalizer to reduce the SAIDI and SAIFI values. In this thesis, to analyze the results of recloser and sectionalizer placement, several methods were used, namely manual calculations using the Section Technique method and Reability Assessment simulations in ETAP 16.0.0 as SAIDI and SAIFI values. The VEGA method is used to optimize the placement of the recloser and sectionalizer in order to minimize the SAIDI and SAIFI values. By comparing the results before and after optimizing the placement of the recloser and sectionalizer on the RA 02 Rantauprapat feeder, it was found that the SAIDI and SAIFI values had improved. Optimization results using the VEGA method show that the optimal location of the recloser and sectionalizer is in group 5. The optimization results of placing the recloser produce the highest fitness value of 0.0961 with SAIDI 7.639 hours/year and SAIFI 2.662 times/year. Optimizing the placement of the recloser and sectionalizer produces the highest fitness value. 0.0954 with SAIDI 7.752 hours/year and SAIFI 630 times/year, and simulation in ETAP 16.0.0 produces a SAIDI value of 7.972 hours/year and SAIFI 2.707 times/year.
