Diesel Electric Rail Train (KRDE) is a type of rail vehicle that utilizes a diesel engine as a generator drive with one of the main components being a battery. Efforts to maintain the quality of performance of the electrical system are by conducting regular monitoring of the electrical energy distribution system. Factors that can affect the quality of electrical system performance in batteries are voltage, current and temperature. Continuous use of batteries can result in a decrease in voltage value (voltage drop) and temperature increase at any time. The decrease in voltage value as well as the increase in current in the battery can be affected by excessive use of electrical energy at rotary loads as well as different types of loading. This may result in a decrease in battery capacity, increasing the risk of the battery exploding or catching fire and decreased performance. So this research aims to design a prototype of real-time battery monitoring using Google Database as a server and can be monitored through an Android application with the parameters studied are voltage, current and temperature then data analysis is carried out with the ANOVA analysis method. The design results show that the prototype monitoring voltage drop and temperature of lithium-ion batteries can display and send parameter data to users in realtime well. The highest error percentage value in voltage sensors is 3.5%, current sensors are 3.3% and temperature sensors are 3.6% with a 100% success rate of sending to users without any data loss. The results of the analysis show that there is a decrease in the average value of voltage and an increase in the average value of temperature which is influenced by the RPM level and load type. The highest percentage value of battery voltage drop was 28.227% at RPM 13,000 and 23.470% in the second load and the highest percentage increase in the average value of battery temperature was 25.456% at RPM 13,000 and 24.220% in the second load.en_US
