Analisis Lean Manufacturing untuk Perbaikan Proses Produksi Tiang Lampu Menggunakan Metode Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) di CV. Era Baru Panel

Abstract

In the current modern era, the competitive situation in the manufacturing industry has increased and is very tight. The importance of production efficiency in a company is to increase revenue where this is the goal of every company by minimizing waste. One of the approaches used to minimize waste is lean manufacturing. Cv. Era Baru Panel is a company that manufactures and markets products in the form of light poles on public roads and toll roads. The problems that often occur in the manufacturing process of product items are that there are still many production processes that have not been achieved according to the standard time set by the Company. In this study, lean manufacturing analysis was carried out to improve the production process for light poles using the value stream analysis tools (Valsat) method. Based on this research, it was found that the type of waiting waste is the most dominating type of waste with a percentage of 19.55%. In the second place there is a type of waste overproduction with a cumulative percentage of 18.54% while waste motion is 17.32%. Based on the current state value stream mapping, the process cycle efficiency of the Hexagonal Light Pole production process is 98%.
