Chicken manure is organic waste that can pollute the environment if not treated before being discharged. Efforts that can be made to overcome this are through bioconversion using BSF (Black Soldier Fly) flies. This study aims to determine the value of WRI (Waste Reduction Index) that can be done by BSF larvae on fresh chicken manure and fermented chicken manure (using EM4), determine the nutritional content (ratio of N, P, K, and C/NN) of the cassettes produced that have met the quality standards of KepMenPer No. 261 of 2019, and see the comparison of the effect of cassettes with chicken manure and NPK chemical fertilizers on the growth of Brassica rapa plants. The optimal WRI value of fresh chicken manure media is 6.04%, with fermented chicken manure media at 5.84%. The nutritional content of fresh chicken manure media (F1) and fermented chicken manure media (F2) has met quality standards. The highest growth of Brassica rapa is found in the application of NPK chemical fertilizer (P5), while for the organic fertilizer category, the highest growth of Brassica rapa is found in the F2 caster treatment (P3), followed by F1 caster planting media (P2), chicken manure planting media (P4), and soil media (P1).en_US
