Diagnosis Minyak Transformator dengan Analisis Gas Terlarut Menggunakan Metode Pas ( Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy) Studi Kasus : PT. Inalum (Persero)
Abstract
Power transformer is one of the vital tools in the electrical power system that requires proper maintenance for its smooth operation. The transformer cannot be separated from the possibility of abnormal conditions that lead to disturbances. The disturbances that usually occur are thermal failure and electrical failure in the transformer insulation. Disturbances in the transformer can be indicated by the presence of gases dissolved in transformer oil, such as H2, CH4, C2H2, C2H4, C2H6, CO, and CO2. One method used to identify disturbances in transformer oil is DGA, also known as dissolved gas analysis. The dissolved gases formed in the transformer oil can provide important clues about the operational condition and integrity of the transformer. In this study, the interpretation of IEEE std C57.104-2008 and IEC 60599-2015 is used. The methods used for DGA testing based on the interpretation of IEEE std C57.104-2008 are TDCG method, key gas method, and Rogers ratio method. The methods used for DGA testing based on the interpretation of IEC 60599-2015 are Duval triangle method, basic gas ratio method, and ratio CO2/CO method. The analysis results indicate that the TNP-4 power transformer of PT INALUM (Persero) experiences an increase in temperature above normal.
