Analisis Safety System terhadap Human Organization Performance di Rumah Sakit Pendidikan Prof. dr. Chairuddin Panusunan Lubis
Abstract
Hospitals as health service institutions require optimal employee performance in providing quality services to patients. Hospital employee performance can be influenced by various factors, such as skills, knowledge, motivation, work environment and safety system. CPL Hospital must have a good human organization performance and safety systems in order to provide the best service. The aim of this research is to analyze human organization performance and safety systems among CPL hospital employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze human organization performance among CPL hospital employees. The research results show that the Safety Leadership and Safety Management variables are able to create good human organizational performance among CPL hospital employees. The contribution of the Safety Leadership and Safety Management variables in explaining variations in Human Organization Performance at CPL Hospital is 62.9%. This means that around 62.9% of the variation in human organizational performance in hospitals can be explained by safety leadership and safety management. A high R-Square value shows that Safety Leadership and Safety Management have an important role in shaping human organizational performance in hospitals.
