Analisis dan Mitigasi Risiko Aliran Rantai Pasok dengan Pendekatan House of Risk (HOR) pada UMKM Cap Bintang Pak De

Abstract

UMKM Cap Bintang Pak De is one of UMKM that engaged in food processing industry. In running it’s business, UMKM Cap Bintang Pak De needs other parties such as suppliers, distributors, retailers, and consumers. These parties are managed in an efficient way with the term supply chain management. However, in the supply chain activities at UMKM Cap Bintang Pak De, there are various risks that hinder supply chain activities. This causes the demand of sweet potato chips to can’t be fulfilled.The purpose of this research is to identify risk and provide risk mitigation action planning in order to minimize the risks that hamper supply chain activities. The research stages cariied out are activity mapping, determination of risk events and risk agents, calculation of Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP), and determination of risk mitigation actions using House of Risk (HOR) method. The result shows that there are 15 risk events and 12 risk agents, with 5 risk agents that are the highest priority. Then obtained 7 risk mitigation actions that can be recomemended to UMKM Cap Bintang Pak De to handle risks in the sweet potato chips supply chain.
