dc.description.abstract | Job stress is a pressure experienced by workers due to work. Job stress affects worker performance. Many factors affect work stress. Based on observations that have been made, there are stressors or causes of work stress experienced by workers at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina including workload, work wages and work environment. The workload experienced is physical workload due to repetitive work, mental because workers must focus and be careful for a long time and time where the working time of each shift is 10 hours and 13 hours. The basic wages of some workers are still below the minimum wage and the work environment is noisy, uneven lighting and a narrow work area. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the most influential factors on the work stress of processing workers at PTPN IV Adolina so that suggestions for improvement can be given. The research method used is by conducting interviews and distributing questionnaires to workers, with the type of causal research to determine the causal relationship between each variable, then analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that the most influential factor on workers' work stress was the work environment which had an effect of 29.5%, workload had an effect of 16.3%, and work wages have an effect of 0.70% on work stress. And simultaneously workload variables, work wages, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the work stress of processing workers at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina with a contribution of 46.5%. Therefore, it is recommended that the company first because it is the most dominant factor. This can be done by providing PPE regularly and replacing lights regularly so that lighting can be more evenly distributed. | en_US |
