dc.description.abstractIndonesia, as a developing country with widespread infrastructure development, is certainly no stranger to project scheduling methods as a reference for controlling estimated project completion times. As time goes by, scheduling methods are also increasingly varied with various uses. One method that makes control easier in the field is using computerized Microsoft Project. Therefore, researchers want to analyze several project scheduling methods. This research method was carried out by analyzing the Time Schedule in the form of an S Curve at the UMKM Square Collaboration Building Project, University of North Sumatra. The results of the scheduling method analysis using the S Curve were then translated into the PERT scheduling method and applied with Microsoft Project. Then each scheduling method is processed to obtain a percentage probability of project completion. Scheduling analysis carried out on the UMKM Square Collaboration Building Project, University of North Sumatra based on two scheduling methods, namely the PERT method and the S Curve, concluded that with the PERT method the project could be accelerated by 6 days and the resulting percentage probability of the project being completed according to the planned schedule (450 days work) of 66,31%.en_US
