Analisis Faktor Lingkungan Kerja dan Fasilitas K3 serta Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Pekerja pada Proyek Konstruksi

Abstract

Human resources are one thing that supports the success of a construction project. In order to improve worker performance, a good and adequate work environment and K3 facilities are needed in order to create a comfortable, safe and conducive working atmosphere. This research was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge regarding the influence of the work environment and K3 facilities on improving worker performance on the JDU Pipeline Construction Project (Main Distribution Network) and SPAM MEBIDANG. The population in the study were workers. Respondents numbered 20 people. Techniques for collecting data are distributing questionnaires and observation. In this research, the data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis methods with the SPSS Windows 25.0 program. The results of the regression test show that 25.7% of the variables that improve performance are explained by the work environment and K3 facilities while the remaining 74.3% is explained by other variables outside this research. Meanwhile, the F test shows that the work environment and K3 facilities simultaneously have a negative effect on performance with analysis results = (2.934) < = (3.55). The results of the T test show that the work environment variable with analysis = (-0.294) < (1.740), so partially this variable has no significant effect on worker performance, while the K3 facilities variable shows the results (1.942) > (1.740), so partially the K3 facilities variable has a significant effect. on worker performance.
