Pengaruh Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) terhadap Pengamanan Proyek pada Pembangunan Jalan Layang Kereta Api (JLKA) Medan-Binjai Paket 3
Abstract
In general, accidents occur in the workplace and on various construction projects which result in accidents to workers and even death, damage to project materials and materials, and disruption of ongoing production on the project. Based on data published by the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) for Employment, in 2017 the number of work accidents reportedly reached 123,041 cases.
In this research, data was obtained from the Medan-Binjai Railway Flyover Construction Project (JLKA) Package 3. Data collection was carried out using the field study method, where this method was applied by collecting general data provided from the project.
In direct observations in the field with project parties filling out questionnaires, the method used in collecting data was by distributing questionnaires containing several questions related to K3 on Project Security which was influenced by several independent variables in this research, namely Safety Factor (X1), Equipment Factor and Work Clothes (X2), Vehicle Path Factor (X3), Public Protection Factor (X4), General Factor (X5), and Occupational Health Factor (X6), where to determine the influence of these variables, testing and data processing is carried out using the application SPSS Windows 26 program.
Based on the results of data processing through the Validity test and Reliability test, it shows that the data used is valid and reliable, so it is suitable to be used for hypothesis testing using the Multiple Linear Regression test method with three tests, namely the F Test (Simultaneous), T Test (Partial) and Test R2 . Based on the results of data processing, it is stated that the Safety Factor (X1), Equipment and Work Clothing Factor (X2), Vehicle Path Factor (X3), Public Protection Factor (X4), General Factor (X5), and Occupational Health Factor (X6) have been tested using the F test and T test. Where, based on the F test, it can be seen that the variables are Safety Factor (X1), Equipment and Work Clothing Factor (X2), Vehicle Path Factor (X3), Public Protection Factor (X4), General Factor (X5 ), and Occupational Health Factors (X6) simultaneously influence Project Security, as evidenced by the results obtained which are F hitung of 6,680 F tabel of 3.09, with a significance level of 0.001 (p-value 0.05)
