Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the factors that influence a country's economic growth. There are several things that motivate people to travel for tourism, one of which is business tourism. MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition) is a form of business tourism which includes conventions and exhibitions. Currently in the city of Medan, activities in the form of exhibitions, seminars and many other events that involve many people are often held, but special facilities for these activities are still limited, so it is necessary to design a "Conference and Exhibition Center" with a high-tech theme in order to facilitate activities MICE can also become a city icon to attract the attention of tourists to visit.
