dc.description.abstract | If employees have no plan in their career and do not know its process completely at the company where they work for, it is because the head of each department does not care so that the employees' career does not develop.
The result of the research shows that a leader's role has positive and significant influence on employees' self-actualization; it has positive and significant influence on career development. Competency has positive and significant influence on employees' self-actualization, it has positive and significant influence on employees' career. Self-actualization has positive and significant influence on career development. Leader's role has positive and significant influence on career development through employees' self- actualization.
