dc.description.abstractBee cultivation is now starting to be widely explored to produce honey. The quantity and quality of honey produced from a cultivation can vary depending on weather conditions and the condition of the surrounding vegetation. Honey contains various properties that are good for the body, making it a product that is in great demand by the public. So far, much of the market demand for honey has not been met. This research is used as information and reference material regarding the quantity of honey production and the quality of honey produced by bees as well as its marketing at the Flora Nauli Honey Bee Cultivation Center, Pematang Siantar City as a reference in honey bee cultivation. The data collection method was carried out by making direct observations at the research location in the form of calculating the volume of honey produced by bees using the mean formula, taking honey samples to test the quality of honey in the Sucofindo laboratory with parameters (diastase enzyme activity, hydroxymethylfurfural, water content, glucose , sucrose, acidity) as well as conducting interviews regarding honey marketing. The research results showed that the quantity of honey production reached 68.18 kg of Trigona bee honey. and 11.93 kg of Apis cerana bee honey per month. The quality of honey is classified as good with the test results of 6 parameters meeting the requirements of Indonesian national standards. The marketing strategy used is marketing mix by emphasizing how to sell products as effectively as possible.en_US
