Kepribadian Tokoh Utama Syaira dalam Novel Obsessive Loves Karya Shireishou: Kajian Psikologi Sastra

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the personality of the main character Syaira and the factors that influence the personality of the main character Syaira in the novel Obsessive Loves by Shireishou. The data source for this research is the novel Obsessive Loves by Shireishou. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data was collected by taking dialogue quotes and the words of the main character Syaira and other characters so that the personality of the main character Syaira is depicted. The results of this research are as follows: 1). Describe the personality of the main character Syaira using Sigmund Freud's personality structure. It was found that Syaira has an ego personality structure. Then the Hippocrates-Galenus personality type in the main character Syaira. It was found that Syaira has a melancholic personality type. 2). Describe the factors that influence the personality of the main character Syaira, namely internal and external factors.
