Conflict is an event that is considered important and is an essential element in developing the plot of a fictional text. Internal events that give rise to resistance to the mind, heart and feelings that arise from a character in a literary work are called inner conflict. Inner conflict is caused by the presence of two or more conflicting ideas or desires that dominate an individual thereby influencing behavior. This research aims to describe the inner conflict of the main character in the novel “Kerumunan Terakhir” by Okky Madasari. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. In achieving the objectives of this research, the author analyzes the novel “Kerumunan Akhir” by Okky Madasari using forms of inner conflict according to Kurt Lewin's theory in a literary psychology approach. The results of this research show that there is an inner conflict faced by the main character in the novel “Kerumunan Akhir” by Okky Madasari, including: 1) approach-approach conflict occurs when Jaya is thinking about his mother and Maera. Simultaneously, they hoped for Jaya's arrival via the message sent. Jaya chooses to meet Maera as his future self; 2) approach-avoidance conflict makes Jaya prefer to remain silent. Jaya always feels helpless in front of other people and he doesn't try to make his hopes and desires come true. In this conflict, Jaya also often felt unsure whether the people he knew in cyberspace actually existed in the real world; and 3) avoidance-avoidance conflict arises when Jaya feels confused, disappointed and angry, suspicious of his own father, doesn’t dare to express his feelings, feels jealous, has no dreams, no self-confidence, and doesn’t want to admit his own lies.
