This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, managerial ownership, profitability (ROA), operating capacity (TATO), and leverage (DAR) on financial distress (ICR) in hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. This type of research is causal associative research and the type of data used is secondary data. The data used were obtained from audited financial reports on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and logistic regression. The population of this study is the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies for the 2018-2022 period, totaling 45 companies. The sampling method used purposive sampling in order to obtain 10 companies. The results of this study indicate that the sales growth variable has a negative and significant effect on ICR, managerial ownership variable has no significant effect on ICR, profitability variable (ROA) has no significant effect on ICR, operating capacity variable (TATO) has no significant effect on ICR, and the leverage variable (DAR) has a postive and significant effect on ICR in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period.
