Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Minat Nasabah Menggunakan Mobile Banking Studi Kasus pada Nasabah Bank BRI Cabang Iskandar Muda Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use, convenience, trustworthiness, and usefulness on customer interest in using mobile banking. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were customers of Bank BRI Iskandar Muda Medan Branch and who had used or registered for mobile banking, using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 22 software. The results of this study indicate that convenience has a positive effect on interest in using mobile banking on customers of BRI Bank Iskandar Muda Medan Branch. Convenience does not affect the interest in using monile banking on BRI Customers, Iskandar Muda Medan Branch. Trust has a positive effect on interest in using mobile banking for BRI Customers, Iskandar Medan Branch. Benefit does not affect the interest in using mobile banking for BRI Customers, Iskandar Muda Medan Branch. Ease, convenience, trustworthiness, and usefulness have a positive effect with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, simultaneously having asignificant effect on interest in using mobile banking BRI Iskandar Muda Medan Branch.
