dc.description.abstract | This research was conducted aiming to find out how the salary and wage monitoring system applied to PT. Trigita Logistic Indonesia, to find out how to distribute salaries and wages at PT. Trigita Logistic Indonesia and know the functions and duties of recording attendance and work at PT. Trigita Logistics Indonesia. The results of this study will show how the monitoring system for salaries and wages, distribution of salaries and recording of attendance at the company is running well or not. The system used to measure supervision is through a flow or scheme from recording attendance to the distribution of salaries and wages. Where this study aims to measure the standard salary control system and wages at the company.
The data in this study were obtained through direct interviews with company commissioners. Based on the results of the interviews and the supervision scheme, it shows that the company has met the standards in the salary and wage monitoring system, the function of recording time and attendance is appropriate, but the distribution of salaries is still done through envelopes. | en_US |
