Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair terhadap Peningkatan Senyawa Flavonoid, Klorofil, dan Protein Ricegrass sebagai Tanaman Sela Kelapa Sawit
Abstract
Ricegrass is a young plant that is harvested at the age of 7-14 days after
planting has high antioxidant content such as flavonoids, chlorophylls and
proteins and can be consumed in the form of fresh juice. The aim of this study is to
study the influence of the supply of liquid organic fertilizer on the increase of
flavonoid compounds, chlorophyll, ricegrass protein. This research was
conductedon the sidelines of an oil palm TBM in Bulu Cina Village, Hamparan
Perak District in January-February 2023, using a non-factorial randomized
group scheme with several concentrations of liquid organic fertilizer 0, 5, 10, and
15 ml/liter of water as well as seeds of red rice varieties Inpari 24 Gabusan. The
results of the study showed that the administration of liquid organic fertilizer
concentrations of 0, 5, 10 and 15 ml/l of water was not significant in increasing
flavonoid compounds, chlorophylls, ricegrass proteins with observation
parameters of plant height 15.43 cm, wet weight 220.67 grams, total flavonoid
content 34.01 mgQE/g, chlorophyll a, b and total levels respectively 31.86 mg/L,
34.84 mg/L, and 66.62 mg/L and soluble protein 0.099 µL/g
