    Perancangan Sistem Pengecekan Barang dengan Sistem Belt Conveyor Berbasis Mikrokontroller Arduino Uno

    Abstract
    Goods checking system is an important part in the production process to ensure conformity of goods with established standards. In this study, we designed a goods checking system that uses a conveyor belt system based on the Arduino Uno microcontroller. This system consists of several main components, namely Arduino Uno microcontroller, goods detection sensor, DC motor, belt conveyor, and buzzer. Goods detection sensors are installed on conveyor belts to detect the presence of goods while moving. The Arduino microcontroller retrieves data from sensors and checks based on predetermined logic. If the goods do not meet the criteria, the system will take action such as stopping the conveyor motor. In testing, we enter the type of goods into the conveyor belt system and observe the system's response to the detection and checking of goods. The results of this study indicate that the goods checking system with an Arduino microcontroller-based conveyor belt system functions well in detecting goods automatically. From the results of the tests carried out using the infrared proximity sensor, when it detects objects in the 1st to 6th test the results are the same 4.8 V. If the infrared proximity sensor is not detecting objects, then the 1st to 6th test values the same, namely 0.2 V. Furthermore, from the results of tests carried out using the proximity metal sensor, when the object distance is 1 mm - 4 mm, the proximity metal sensor can detect objects so that the sensor output condition will be active, but when the object distance is 5 mm to 8 mm, etc. then the proximity metal sensor cannot detect objects so that the sensor output condition is not active.
