    Abstract
Along with the highest use of smartphone, it requires electrical energy through the battery to operate, therefore a device has been designed in the form of a charging station that can charge the battery smartphone using solar power. Charging the battery in this tool is capable of charging using DC and AC currents. This tool is equipped with a sensor INA219 as a measuring tool. The purpose of making this tool is to find out the working principle, output value, compare the battery charging time between tools and charger manufacturer, and % deviation of it. The working principle is that after entering the electrical energy from the solar panel into the battery, the current will be stored and can be flowed throughout the circuit. When current passes through the sensor INA219, it will calculate the output in the form of current, power and voltage and will then be displayed on the 12x6 LCD. The device has an inverter to convert DC current into AC current, so it can charge smartphone using AC current. One of the calculation results from the sensor INA219. On USB Type C, the average voltage generated is 11.7 V, the average current is 0.61A, and the average power is 7.01 W., and on the use of AC current for the average voltage produced is 10.69 V, the average current is 2.11 A, and the average power is 22.03 W. The following is one of the results of the best average % deviation value DC current on the tool that is on the type micro-USB is 0.28% on power, 0.68% on current, and 1.3% on voltage, and on AC current is 0.65% on power, 0.67% on current, and 0.07% on voltage. From the conclusion above, this tool is feasible to operate.
