dc.description.abstractAuthentication is an application that was created to make it easier to identify pensioners in the process of disbursing customer pension funds at Bank BTPN. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of customer authentication in increasing profits at the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) KC Medan. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method in which the author conducts interviews, observations and documentation with employees of the operational division of Bank BTPN KC Medan. The results of the study show that authentication is very effective for increasing operational profit at the Medan KC National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) because authentication affects credit payments and the banking business, and banks always want to provide the best service for customers.en_US
