Efektivitas Pelayanan Perizinan di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Medan
Abstract
Service quality is a person's ability to provide services that can provide
satisfaction to those served with predetermined standards. Permits or permits are
part of the government's authority regarding administrative services to the public
that cannot be carried out by the private sector. Success in improving the
effectiveness of public services is determined by the factor of the government's
ability to improve the work discipline of service personnel. Public services
basically involve very broad aspects of life.
DPMPTSP Medan has not improved the quality of its personnel resources
due to the lack of discipline found in the Medan City DPMPTSP Apparatus
Resources in working and completing work. DPMPTSP Medan has not been able
to complete the permitting completion process in accordance with the Standard
Time for Completion and DPMPTSP Medan City has not been able to complete
the permitting completion process faster than the Standard Time for Completion.
This has become one of the factors for the ineffectiveness of licensing services at
DPMPTSP in Medan City.
