Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis pada Cabang Kejaksaan Negeri Karo di Tigabinanga

Abstract

The research takes place at the Branch Office of Karo District Prosecutor General in Tigabinanga. It aims at establishing the dynamic archive management at the Branch Office of Karo District Prosecutor General. Literature research. observation, interviews and documentation are employed as the data collection method. The research finds that the dynamic archive management at the Branch Office of Karo District Prosecutor General is as follows: 1) The creation of archives based on incoming and outgoing letters using the SIPEDE application SIPEDE is an information system application used by the Attorney General's Office to manage and destroy incoming and outgoing letters; 2) The use of archives, namely retrieving and borrowing, is still done manually. General archives are organized by subject and personnel files are arranged alphabetically: 3) Archive maintenance is limited to cleaning the odner and glass shelves for archive storage; and 4) records depreciation occurs through transfer based on the records retention schedule (JRA). It is therefore concluded that the management of dynamic archives at e Branch Office of Karo District Prosecutor General in Tigabinanga has generally been well performed.
