Abstract
The Customer Water Account Billing System is billing for arrears of customer water accounts that implement the PDAM Tirtauli application system as a billing method. This application can facilitate the billing department in providing information related to bills that are past due to customers who are in arrears for more than one month and more than one month. If the arrears have not been settled by the customer, PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City will cut off the water supply. If a termination has been made and there is no information on repayment by the customer, then the customer will automatically not be a consumer of PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City anymore.
This study aims to determine the system for billing customer water accounts at PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City, and to find out what obstacles are faced and what efforts can be made to increase the effectiveness of billing customer water accounts at PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City.
The research used is descriptive research method by collecting secondary data and requesting the necessary data and information from employees of PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City regarding the writing of this final project.
The Customer Water Account Billing System at PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City, according to the research conducted, is in accordance with the system and shows the effectiveness of the billing system. The effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer's Water Account Billing System can be demonstrated by the company's activities that continue to run stably. However, PERUMDA Tirta Uli, Pematangsiantar City, continues to improve the Billing System work optimistically and continues to work hard and synergize so that it can achieve even better performance.
