Along with the development of science and technology in the current era of globalization, several companies have demanded that each company use increasingly sophisticated technological systems so that they can simplify the way they work and increase production results. The role of information technology is not only in operational activities, but also in planning and empowering other resources in the company, one of which is human resources. Human resources is one of the most important divisions in the corporate world, because the human resources division is tasked with taking care of everything related to the workforce in the company. Starting from recruitment, employee training, employee leave, employee benefits, to compensation for employees who resign. In a company, the use of sophisticated technology certainly needs to be accompanied by good information systems and technology systems, such as one of the systems or software, namely the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, which is an enterprise transaction framework that connects the process of ordering goods, inventory management and control, distribution and production planning, and finance. However, due to the sophistication of this technology, PT. RST, which is a manufacturing company, does not use this sophisticated technology, so it experiences problems, namely being overwhelmed in managing the company's business processes, starting from employee recruitment to delays in employee payroll, so that many employees feel uncomfortable and ultimately resign. Regarding the problems faced by PT. The RST, the solution to solve this problem, is by using software, namely Odoo, which is integrated with ERP.
