Penerapan Webqual 4.0 pada Website Perpustakaan Politeknik Negeri Medan

Abstract

The writing of this paper was carried out at the Medan State Polytechnic Library. The purpose of this writing is to find out the Application of WebQual 4.0 on the Medan State Polytechnic Library Website. This writing uses data collection methods, namely observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The results of this writing explain that WebQual 4.0 implementation activities on the Medan State Polytechnic Library website are carried out with four indicators, namely: 1) Usability Quality (quality of usability) an indicator used to determine the quality of the website starting from the design and features on the site. 2) Information Quality, an indicator used to determine the quality of information provided on the Medan State Polytechnic Library website. 3) Service Interaction Quality, an indicator used to see the services provided on the website. 4) Overall (Overall website) one of the indicators used to determine the website of the Medan State Polytechnic Library is said to be good or not.
