This paper describes the discrimination form and the impact of discrimination found in a movie. This phenomenon is found in the movie under study, Tall Girl. The author uses a descriptive-qualitative method in this paper to collect data by watching movies, listening to dialog, and searching the internet and several journals. The conclusion of this discussion is that an act of discrimination can cause a woman to feel insecure and create a sense of dislike for herself. Therefore, the result of the research on this movie is that a woman can handle her problems in life when she begins to be accepted and loves herself without having to be the same as the existing standards. And be brave enough to be a different person, because everyone is beautiful in their own way.en_US
