Proses Politik Pemberdyaan Masyarakat Kelurahan Tanjung Mulia Hilir Kecamatan Medan Deli Kota Medan

Abstract

Community-based development is a development process in which the community is the key to development. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of community empowerment is carried out through development planning and the roles of the actors involved in Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village. This type of research is qualitative research. To obtain the necessary data, the authors carry out activities by means of interviews, observations and documents. The background of this thesis is that the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village received the best title 1 in the 2022 Village and Kelurahan Competition. The results of the research show that the development carried out in Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village is community-based development by empowering the community in Village Musrenbang activities. The Musrenbang which is held once a year is a reference for development for the next year. With the Musrenbang, the community is involved in the development planning process by providing ideas, ideas and solutions that will be proposed to become the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village development program. The actors involved are as a forum for the community and as community facilitators in carrying out the development of the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village. The proposals in the Tanjung Mulia Hilir Village Musrenbang are proposals based on the needs of the community
